Csaba Szabó (1936-2003)
Based on the movements titles - I. Introductory music, II. Electronic music, III. Cricket music, IV. Collage music, V. Dance music - these are witty little pieces. Written in 1978 for the composer's sons, the work is dedicated to Peter and István.
The musical world of the work, which emerged from the composer's workshop in 1980, is a colourful repository of contemporary techniques and folk-music characters that have been conquered so far.
